风力发电机组不同弯曲形状液压软管的流固耦合振动分析

摘  要:以某公司生产的1SN16型液压软管为研究对象,利用建模软件对一层钢丝编织橡胶软管进行建模,并导入有限元仿真分析软件进行空管和流固耦合软管模态分析,得到软管空管和流固耦合后的前8阶固有频率,并搭建双向流固耦合框架。应用控制变量法分别对不同弯曲形状(直软管、L形软管、U形软管)软管的管壁振动位移和流体振动速度变化进行分析,得出橡胶软管流固耦合振动的部分规律,为风力发电机组液压软管的设计和选型提供参考。Taking the 1SNl6hydraulic hose produced by a company as the research object,the modelling software is used to model the rubber hosewith a layer of braided steel wire,the model is imported into thefinite element simulation and analysis software to carry out modal analysis of the empty hose and fluidstructure interaction hose to obtain the first 8orders of the natural frequencies of the empty hose and fluid-structure interaction hose,and the two-way fluidstructure interaction framework is built.The control variate method is applied to analyze the changes of vibration displacement of the hose wall and vibration velocity of the fluid for hoses with different bending shapes(straight hose,L-shaped hose and U-shaped hose)to obtain some laws of fluid-structure interaction vibration of rubber hoses,which provide a reference for the design and selection of hydraulic hoses ofwind turbines.
