摘 要:燃油离心泵作为航空发动机的重要部件,对飞机的稳定性和可靠性有至关重要的影响。基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和ZGB空化模型对燃油离心泵进行非定常数值计算,分析不同工况下燃油离心泵叶轮内流场流动特性。研究表明:叶轮内压力脉动主频为轴频,隔舌及出口延长段的主频为叶频,其中隔舌处的压力脉动幅值最大;高熵产区主要分布在叶片附近,随着流量的增加,高熵产区域面积逐渐增大;涡量分布与熵产分布规律相似,主要分布在叶片进口与出口位置处,在大流量工况下涡核面积最大;空泡最先出现在叶片前缘位置;在同一流量工况下,随着空化数的降低,空泡不断增大;在同一空化系数,随着流量的增大,空泡体积分数不断增大。The fuel centrifugal pump,as an important component of an aero engine,has a crucial impact on the stability and reliability of an aircraft.Based on the RNG k-eturbulencemodel and ZGB cavitation model,unsteady numerical calculation is carried out on the fuel centrifugal pump to analyze theflowcharacteristics of the flow field in the impeller of the fuel centrifugal pump under different working conditions.The research shows that the main frequency of pressure fluctuation in the impeller is the shaft frequency,and the main frequency of the cut-water and outlet extension section is the blade frequency,in which the pressure fluctuation amplitude at the cut-water is the largest.The high entropy generationzone is mainly distributed in the vicinity of the vane,and the area of high entropy generation zone gradually increases with the increase of the flow rate.The distribution of vorticity is similar to that of entropy generation,mainly at the inlet and outlet of the vane,with the largest area of vortex core under the condition of high flow rate.The cavity appears at the leading edge of the vane at the first stage.Under the condition of the same flow rate,with the drop of cavitation number,the cavity continuously grows big.At the same cavitation coefficient,with the increase of the flow rate,the volume fraction of the cavity continuously increases.
