摘　　要：为解决内燃工程机械中常用的SCR后处理系统易出现尿素管路故障、喷射装置故障、尿素箱加热装置故障等问题,设计一种内燃工程机械后处理管路系统布置方案。该方案管路布置清晰、连接可靠,易于拆装,大大提高了后处理系统的可靠性和安全性,可为其他技术路线的后处理系统设计提供参考。In order to address the common issues such as urea pipeline fault,injection device fault and urea tank heating device fault in SCR post-treatment system commonly used in internal combustion construction machinery,an arrangement plan of post-treatment piping system for internal combustion construction machineryis designed.This plan has clear piping arrangement,reliable piping connection and easy assembly and disassembly,which greatly improves the reliability and safety of the post-treatment system and can provide a reference for the design of post-treatment systems in othertechnical routes.
