摘 要:吊钩摆幅是评估起重机稳钩效果的重要指标,针对其测量成本较高、易受天气影响的问题,提出经济实用的石膏粉网格点测量方法,以此获取起重机吊钩摆幅数据。由于人眼测量主观因素较多、误差较大,故对吊钩摆幅数据建立一元线性回归模型,分析该模型的相关系数以及由此得到的摆幅变化趋势,得出仅靠起重机自身的机械摩擦阻尼使吊钩稳定是极其漫长的,稳钩策略势在必行。数据分析结果表明,一元线性回归分析方法能够应用于起重机吊钩摆幅测量数据的拟合分析,这对于起重机稳钩控制策略效果的检验具有重要的参考价值。Hook swing is an important index forevaluating the effect of crane hook stabilization.In view of its high measurement cost and susceptibility to weather,an economical and practical method of gypsum powder grid point measurement is proposed to obtain crane hook swing data.Due to more subjectivefactors and larger errors in human eye measurement,a unary linear regression model is established for the hook swing data,and the correlation coefficients of the model are analyzed,as well as the swing change trend from it.It is concluded that only relying on the mechanical friction damping of the crane itself to stabilize the hook is extremely long,so the hook stabilization strategy is imperative.The data analysis results show that the unary linear regression analysis method can be applied to the fitting analysis of the measurement data ofcrane hook swing,which has an important reference value for testing the effectiveness of the crane hook stabilization strategy.
