摘  要:某盾构在掘进过程中,发现箱变内框架断路器出现频繁漏电分闸的问题。基于该问题,使用FLUKE示波器对下端设备进行分析检查,发现下端设备绝缘正常,不存在漏电流情况,最终确认该问题源于箱变框架断路器漏电流检测机制存在缺陷。分析发现采样电阻由于过电流烧毁致使漏电流异常增加,最终导致误报现象的发生。During the excavation process of a shield,it was found that the frame circuit breaker in the cubical substation had frequent leakage current and tripping problems.Based on this issue,aFLUKE oscilloscope was used to analyze and inspect the lower-end equipment,and the insulationof the lower-end equipment was normal without leakage current.It was finally confirmed that the problems originated from the defects of the leakage current detection mechanism of the frame circuit breaker in the cubical substation.It was found from the analysis that the sampling resistor burning caused by overcurrent led to an abnormal increase in leakage current,eventually resulting in false alarms.
