广湛高铁引入茂名地区方案研究

摘　　要：随着茂湛铁路和深茂铁路的开通,茂名地区内客货运通过能力得到大幅提升,而地区依然存在枢纽格局以货运为主、没有高铁引入、客站与城市发展不协调等问题。广湛高铁是“八纵八横”国家高铁网之350 km/h沿海铁路客运大通道的重要组成,其引入将重构茂名地区的客站分工、运输组织及城市格局。本次在综合研究广湛高铁引入茂名地区方案基础上,调整枢纽总图形成以下成果:(1)在沈海高速公路南侧新建茂名南站作为枢纽主要客运站,与茂名站协同形成“两主”的客站格局;(2)调整茂名站功能布局,将茂名站货运功能调整至茂名东、茂名西;(3)茂名铁路枢纽形成“客内货外、客货分线”运输格局。本研究成果对规划线路引入茂名地区枢纽客货运系统布局、枢纽改扩建方案具重要参考价值。With the operating of the Maoming⁃Zhanjiang Railway and the Shenzhen⁃Maoming Railway,the passenger and freight transportation capacity of Maoming railway hub has been significantly improved.However,there are still problems in the region where the hub layout is mainly for freight transportation,without the introduction of high⁃speed railways,and the development of passenger stations and cities is not coordinated.The Guangzhou⁃Zhanjiang High⁃speed Railway is an important component of the 350 km/h coastal railway passenger transport corridor of the′Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals′national high⁃speed railway network.Its introduction will reconstruct the division of labor,transportation organization,and urban layout of passenger stations in Maoming railway hub.On the basis of the research on the introduction of the Guangzhou⁃Zhanjiang High⁃Speed Railway into the Maoming railway hub plan,the overall layout of the hub has been adjusted to form the following results.(1)Maoming South will be newly built on the south side of the Shenyang⁃Haikou Expressway as the main passenger station of the hub,forming a′two main′passenger station pattern together with Maoming Station.(2)Adjusting the functional layout of Maoming Station,and adjust the freight function of Maoming Station to Maoming East and Maoming West.(3)The Maoming railway hub has formed a transportation pattern of′passenger inside,freight outside,and passenger and freight separation′.The research results of this study have important reference value for introducing the layout of passenger and freight transportation systems in Maoming and Zhanjiang railway hub,as well as for the expansion and renovation plans of hubs.
