党政公文汉译藏格式规范原则探析

摘　　要：党政机关公文格式在形式上具有法定权威性和组织约束力,是区别公文与一般文章的重要标志,也是保证公文质量和提高办文效率的重要手段。在党政公文藏译实践中,翻译者应严格遵循公文的基本格式与体例,熟练掌握公文文件的写作原则与方法,不仅要在内容上规范政治术语,表述上条理清晰,而且要在标题、版式、发送机关、公文版记、发文字号等方面严格遵循原文,严谨翻译作风,不断提高公文翻译质量,切实增强涉藏公文翻译的权威性。Official document format of the party and governmental organs has statutory authority and organizational binding force in form,which is an important symbol to distinguish from general articles,and also an momentous means to ensure its quality and improve its efficiency.In the practice of translating the Party and governmental documents into Tibetan,translators should strictly follow the basic format and style,and master the principles and methods of official documents.They should not only standardize political terms and express clearly,but also seriously follow the original text in terms of title,format,sending agency,document plate and number,so as to scrupulously implement translation style,constantly improve its quality,and effectively enhance the communication effect of the translation.
