摘　　要：赤峰市牧民群体长期从事草原畜牧业,生计与生活过程中脆弱性问题突出,做好牧区居民返贫的监测与预警,能及时、有效预判返贫风险,抑制致贫因素的发展。同时,有助于决策者了解特定生产方式、生活环境下易返贫牧民现状,预判易返贫牧民未来可能的变化趋势,有利于及时改善帮扶薄弱环节、及时堵住返贫漏洞。The herdsmen in Chifeng City have been engaged in grassland animal husbandry for a long time,and their vulnerability issues are prominent in their livelihoods and living processes.Monitoring and early warning of poverty return among residents in pastoral areas can timely and effectively predict the risk of poverty return and suppress the development of poverty causing factors.At the same time,it helps decision-makers understand the current situation of pastoralists who are prone to returning to poverty under specific production methods and living environments,predict the possible future trends of pastoralists who are prone to returning to poverty,and timely improve weak links in assistance and plug loopholes in returning to poverty.
