中深孔爆破技术在某矿山的实践

摘　　要：文章研究了非煤矿山开采中的中深孔爆破技术,首先简析了中深孔爆破的概念和常用方法,包括平面爆破、空间爆破和环形爆破。然后介绍了非煤矿山开采利用中深孔爆破技术的步骤与方法,包括孔网布置、用药量计算和起爆方式设计。最后进行了实践案例分析,并提出了改进方向,以进一步提高中深孔爆破技术在非煤矿山开采中的效果。This paper studies deep-hole blasting technology in non-coal mine mining.Firstly,the concept and common methods of deep-hole blasting are briefly analyzed,including plane blasting,space blasting and ring blasting.Then it the steps and methods of using deep hole blasting technology in non-coal mine mining are introduced,including hole network arrangement,calculation of chemical quantity and design of detonation method.Finally,a practical case study is conducted and improvement directions are proposed to further improve the effectiveness of medium-deep hole blasting technology in non-coal mine mining.
