摘  要:针对广东某硫化铅锌矿选矿过程中伴生金流失严重的情况进行了闪速浮选机用于一段粗磨选矿应用研究。结合该硫化铅锌矿中伴生金的赋存特性,进行了不同磨矿分级方式的工业试验研究。工业试验结果表明:在一段磨矿排矿直接用于闪速浮选-浮选尾矿进入旋流器分级-分级溢流进入铅浮选条件下,可实现高品位的闪速浮选金精矿的稳定产出,相比于生产改造前,铅精矿中金平均回收率由工业改造前的33.14%提升至53.16%,经济效益显著。A study was conducted on the application of a flash flotation machine for primary coarse grinding and beneficiation in response to the severe loss of accompanying gold during the beneficiation process of a certain lead zinc sulfide ore in Guangdong.Based on the occurrence characteristics of associated gold in the lead zinc sulfide ore,industrial experiments were conducted on different grinding and classification methods.The industrial test results show that under the conditions of direct use of a stage of grinding ore discharge for flash flotation-tailings entering the cyclone for classification-overflow into lead flotation,stable output of high-grade flash flotation gold concentrate can be achieved.Compared with before the production transformation,the average gold recovery rate in lead concentrate has increased from 33.14%before the industrial transformation to 53.16%,with significant economic benefits.
