摘 要:湿法炼锌溶液净化主要针对铜、镉、钴、镍等常规杂质元素开展,而缺乏对稀散金属元素铊、锡、硒、碲等的关注。文章综述了硫酸锌溶液中稀散元素杂质在锌电沉过程中引起的烧板原因,对烧板典型特征进行了阐述。研究了四种元素在不同添加量下的锌电积试验,得出了其对锌板正常沉积均会产生不利影响,在铊、锡、硒、碲浓度超过0.6、0.1、0.2、0.1 mg/L后均会发生锌板腐蚀现象。通过现状分析和试验对比,为正常溶液净化生产控制指明了方向。The purification of ZnSO_4 solution in zinc hydrometallurgy mainly focuses on the conventional impurity elements including copper,cadmium,cobalt and nickel,while the research on scattered elements such as thallium,tin,selenium,tellurium and so on are lacked.In this paper,the causes of plate corrosion caused by those scattered elemental impurities in ZnSO_4 solution during zinc electrodeposition were reviewed,and the typical characteristics of plate burning were described.Then,the electrodeposition experiments of ZnSO_4 solution with different concentration of four elements were studied,and it was concluded that they all have adverse effects on normal deposition of zinc plate.The zinc plate corrosion would occur when the concentration of thallium,tin,selenium and tellurium exceeded 0.6 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,0.2 mg/L,0.1 mg/L.Through analysis of current situation and experimental comparison,the direction for normal solution purification is pointed out.
