摘　　要：生物活性污泥处理方法在废水的处理中占有很重要的位置。对于难处理、高盐废水,一般多采用物理化学法,但是最近几年,在高盐废水、难降解有机物浓度高的废水的处理中,也有很多采用活性污泥处理方法,如填埋场、焚烧厂垃圾渗滤液、石油化工废水、煤化工废水、制药废水等。在实践中发现,通过常规检测步骤检测,结果与真实值会有很大的误差。高盐废水的含盐量通常高达10000 mg/L以上,废水的高含盐量会影响MLSS(混合液悬浮固体)测量准确性;废水中高浓度的有机物则会影响到MLVSS(混合液挥发性悬浮固体)测量准确性。通过延长抽滤时间,对滤纸、污泥进行全面的冲洗,增加洗涤次数和洗涤水量的办法,可以降低盐份对MLSS、有机物对MLVSS的测量误差,保证检测数据的真实性,达到检测结果指导运行控制的目的。Bioactivated sludge treatment plays an important role in the treatment of wastewater.For difficult to treat,high-salt wastewater,generally use physical and chemical methods.However in recent years,in the treatment of high-salt wastewater and wastewater with high concentration of refractory organic matter.Active sludge treatment are also used widly,such as landfill,incineration plant garbage leachate,petrochemical wastewater,coal chemical wastewater,pharmaceutical wastewater,etc.In practice,it is found that there will be a large error between the result and the real value through the routine detection steps.The salt content of high-salt wastewater is usually more than 10000 mg/L,and the high salt content of wastewater will affect the measurement accuracy of MLSS(mixed liquid suspended solid).The high concentration of organic matter in wastewater will affect the accuracy of MLVSS(mixed liquid Volatile Suspended solids)measurement.By extending the extraction time,washing the filter paper and sludge comprehensively,increasing the washing times and washing water amount,the measurement errors of salt to MLSS and organic matter to MLVSS can be reduced,the authenticity of the detection data can be guaranteed,and the purpose of guiding the operation control of the detection results can be achieved.
