摘  要:闪速炉沉淀池油机组采用蒸汽管路伴热作为保温的主要手段,而保温蒸汽换热后产生的凝结水直接外排,造成了水资源浪费和环境污染。通过分析沉淀池油机组伴热保温蒸汽凝结水回收的可行性,比较凝结水回收系统的利弊,选择将保温蒸汽凝结水闭式回收改造达到节能降耗、改善作业环境的目的。The sedimentation tank oil unit of flash furnace adopts steam pipeline tracing as the main means of insulation,and the condensed water generated after the insulation steam heat exchange is directly discharged,causing waste of water resources and environmental pollution.By analyzing the feasibility of recovering condensate from the heat tracing and insulation steam of the sedimentation tank oil unit,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the condensate recovery system,the closed recovery transform of insulation steam condensate is selected to achieve the goal of energy conservation,consumption reduction,and improvement of the working environment.
