摘  要:应用自动化技术能够有效减少因调度人员反应不及时、操作不准确等人为因素导致的管道运行风险。目前,我国长输管道系统只有部分调节阀应用了PID控制器进行自动控制但控制效果不佳。针对这一问题,分别从管道PID控制技术的应用、调节阀PID控制器的工作原理和调节阀PID控制器参数整定方法进行研究分析,在此基础上引入模糊PID控制器并尝试应用于长输管道调节阀进行压力调节,通过MATLAB软件Simulink环境下对模糊PID控制和常规PID控制效果进行模拟分析。结果表明:模糊PID控制对抑制长输管道系统压力波动更具优越性。由此提出将先进智能控制方法与PID控制技术相结合进行参数整定,特别是将智能PID调节技术应用于复杂山区液体管道的运行中,作为控制严重水击事故发生的辅助调节手段,可成为今后重要研究方向,为长输管道系统的运行控制提供参考和借鉴。The application of automation technology can effectively reduce pipeline operation risks caused by human factors such as delayed response and inaccurate operation of scheduling personnel.At present,only some regulating valves in China's long-distance pipeline system have been automatically controlled by PID controllers and the control effect is poor.To address this issue,research and analysis are conducted on the application of pipeline PID control technology,the working principle of regulating valve PID controller,and the parameter tuning method of regulating valve PID controller.Based on this,a fuzzy PID controller is introduced and attempted to be applied to pressure regulation of longdistance regulating valves.Simulation analysis is conducted on the effects of fuzzy PID control and conventional PID control using MATLAB software Simulink environment.The results indicate that fuzzy PID control has more superiority in suppressing pressure fluctuations in long-distance pipeline systems.Therefore,it is proposed to combine advanced smart control methods with PID control technology for parameter tuning,especially by applying smart PID regulation technology to the operation of complex mountainous liquid pipelines.As an auxiliary regulation method for controlling severe water hammer accidents,it can be an important research direction in the future,providing reference for the operation control of long-distance pipeline systems.
