摘 要:某油田发展面临地面系统能耗高、站场用工形势紧张等问题,针对这些问题,采取以下措施:应用注水泵涂膜、有源滤波、高压变频、斩波内馈等节能技术,注水用电单耗从6.03 kWh/m^(3)下降至5.77 kWh/m^(3);应用站场区域优化、技术参数优化等措施,吨液耗气平均降为1.47 m^(3)/t;采取多岗合一、集中监控、岗位无人值守的建设模式,有效缓解了一线人员用工紧张的问题。结果表明,通过应用节能技术、天然气能耗控制、区块优化技术、数字化建设等措施,每年节气1835×10^(4)m^(3),节电451×10^(4)kWh,节约能耗成本1187万元,优化岗位用工259人,节省用工成本3108万元。The development of A Oilfield is facing problems such as high energy consumption in the surface system and tight labor situation in the station.In response to the above issues,energy-saving technologies such as water injection pump coating,active filtering,high-voltage frequency conversion,and chopper internal feedback have been applied,resulting in a decrease in the unit power consumption of water injection from 6.03 kWh/m^(3)to 5.77 kWh/m^(3).Measures such as station regional optimization,and technical parameter optimization have been applied,the average gas consumption per ton of liquid has been reduced to 1.47 m^(3)/t.A construction model of"multiple positions integration,centralized monitoring,and unmanned positions"has been adopted,the problem of frontline personnel tension has been effectively alleviated.The result shows that,through the application of energy-saving technology,natural gas energy consumption control,block optimization technology,digital construction,and other measures,energy consumption has been reduced,and job employees have been optimized.The annual gas saving is 1835×10^(4)m^(3),the power saving is 451×10^(4)kWh,and energy consumption costs is reduced by 11.87 million yuan.259 job employees are optimized,saving 31.08 million yuan in labor costs.
