摘 要:杏北油田进入高含水开发后期,地面建设规模大、生产耗能设备体量多,地面系统围绕提质增效目标,需做好建设源头、运行过程和数字化提效挖潜。源头上加大优化简化力度,产能区域深化“三优一简”,非产能区域推进老系统区域优化调整,促进降本增效。运行中突出系统与节点相结合,完善集调气管网,优化集输和注水两大能耗系统运行,应用节能提效技术,实现多集气少耗能,促进提质提效。推进数智油田建设,完善大中型站库集中监控和数字化油田建设,探索智能化辅助技术,助力管理提效。结合油田新的发展形势,分析地面系统提质增效存在的区域低负荷、产能效益达标难、能耗控制难度大等问题,明确了今后一段时期的对策及措施,有效挖掘提质增效潜力,为油田高质量发展助力。Xingbei Oilfield has entered the late stage of high water cut development,with large scale of surface construction,and large amount of production energy-consuming equipment.The surface system focuses on the goal of improving quality and efficiency,and doing a good job in the construction source,operation process,and digital efficiency improvement and potential tapping.At the source,the efforts of optimization and simplification are increased,the"three optimization and one simplification"in production capacity regions is deepened,and the optimization and adjustment of old system regions in non-production capacity regions are promoted to reduce costs and increase efficiency.During the operation,the combination of system and node is highlighted,the gas gathering and distribution pipeline network is improved,the operation of the two major energy consumption systems of gas gathering and water injection is optimized,the energy-saving and efficiency improvement technologies are applied to achieve more gas gathering and less energy consumption,and the quality and efficiency improvements are promoted.The construction of digital intelligence oilfields is promoted,the centralized monitoring of large and medium-sized stations and digital oilfield constructions are im-proved,intelligent auxiliary technology is explored to help the improvement of management efficiency.Combined with the new development situation of the oilfield,the problems of improving the quality and efficiency of the surface system,such as low regional load,difficulty in reaching the production efficiency standard,and difficulty in energy consumption control are analyzed.The countermeasures and measures for the future period are defined to effectively tap the potential of improving the quality and efficiency,and help the high-quality development of the oilfield.
