摘　　要：食管癌在我国发病率及死亡率均较高,外科手术是食管癌的主要治疗方法。经右胸腹两切口Ivor-Lewis手术是中下段食管癌的首选手术方式,不仅可保证根治手术的彻底性,吻合口瘘等并发症发生率也较低。经过不断技术改进,全腔镜的Ivor-Lewis手术现已发展成熟,围手术期效果良好。本文拟对全腔镜Ivor-Lewis手术具体操作步骤进行详细介绍,为基层临床医生提供借鉴。The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer are both high in our country.Surgical operation is the main therapeutic method of esophageal cancer.Ivor-Lewis surgery through two incisions in the right chest and abdomen is the preferred surgical method for the middle and lower segments of esophageal cancer,which can not only ensure the thoroughness of radical surgery,but also have low incidence of complications,such as anastomotic fistula.After continuous technical improvement,Ivor-Lewis surgery with total endoscopy has been developed and mature,with good perioperative results.This paper intends to introduce the specific procedures of Ivor-Lewis surgery in detail,so as to provide reference for primary clinicians.
