丙泊酚-依托咪酯单药/复合用药在无痛胃镜检查中的麻醉效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究丙泊酚-依托咪酯单药/复合麻醉在无痛胃镜检查中的麻醉效果及不良反应。方法:选择2021年10月—2022年8月于沧州中西医结合医院行无痛胃镜的160例患者,随机分为丙泊酚组(A组,n=40)、依托咪酯组(B组,n=40)、丙泊酚-依托咪酯组(C组,容量比为1∶1,n=40)及丙泊酚-依托咪酯组(D组,容量比为2∶1,n=40)。记录所有患者的一般临床资料、镇痛效果及不良反应情况。结果:四组患者在麻醉诱导时间、检查时间及苏醒时间等方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);D组患者低血压、心动过缓、低氧血症、注射痛、肌颤、恶心呕吐的总不良反应发生率(5.00%)显著低于其余三组(均P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚-依托咪酯(容量比2∶1)复合麻醉在无痛胃镜检查中的不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect and adverse reactions of propofol-etomidate single/combined anesthesia in painless gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 160 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2021 to August 2022 were divided into the propofol group(group A,n=40),the etomidate group(group B,n=40),the propofol-etomidate group(group C,capacity ratio 1∶1,n=40)and the propofol-etomidate group(group D,capacity ratio 2∶1,n=40).General clinical data,analgesic effect and adverse reactions of all patients were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in anesthesia induction time,examination time and recovery time among the four groups(all P>0.05).Moreover,there were lower incidence of adverse reactions(5.00%)in group D than that in the other three groups,including hypotension,bradycardia,hypoxemia,injection pain,muscle fibrillation,nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:Combined anesthesia with propofol and etomidate(capacity ratio 2∶1)has a low incidence of adverse reactions in painless gastroscopy,which is worthy of clinical application.
