摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在对外工作领域提出一系列具有开创性意义的新理念、新思想、新战略,形成了习近平外交思想,伙伴关系成为其中的重要组成部分。中国和东盟国家通过建立、维护和发展战略伙伴关系,不断促进交流合作,实现了双方关系的提质升级。在中国—东盟战略伙伴关系框架下,中国和东盟国家不仅走出了一条睦邻友好、合作共赢的光明大道,成为亚太区域合作中的典范,而且形成了具有世界意义的发展经验。文章全面总结中国—东盟建立战略伙伴关系20年的成功实践,挖掘其中的重要经验与深刻启示,对中国积极发展全球伙伴关系,推动中国—东盟全面战略伙伴关系走深走实具有重大意义。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed a series of groundbreaking new concepts,new thoughts,and new strategies in the field of foreign affairs,forming Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,of which partnership has become an important part.In the 20 years since the China-ASEAN strategic partnership was established,China and ASEAN countries have continuously promoted exchanges and cooperation by establishing,maintaining,and developing strategic partnerships,and have achieved an improvement in the quality of their relations.Within the framework of the China-ASEAN strategic partnership,China and ASEAN countries have not only embarked on a bright road of good neighborliness,friendship,and win-win cooperation,becoming a model for cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region,but also provided valuable experience for the world.Comprehensively summarizing the successful practice of the China-ASEAN strategic partnership over the past 20 years and exploring the important experience and implications are of great significance for China to actively develop global partnerships and deepen the China-ASEAN comprehensive strategic partnership so as to make practical achievements.
