摘　　要：自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)是血液透析患者首选的血管通路,但传统端侧吻合术式会增加心功能不全患者的静脉回心血量,进而诱发或加重心力衰竭。本文通过对1例罕见桡动脉“O”型变异伴心力衰竭患者行改良AVF术后的个案报告,探讨一种减少心力衰竭和窃血综合征发生风险的AVF端侧改良术式。Arteriovenous fistula(AVF)is the preferred vascular access for hemodialysis patients.However,the traditional end-to-side anastomosis will increase the volume venous return in patients with cardiac insufficiency,which may cause or aggravating heart failure.In this paper,we discussed an end-to-side modified surgery of AVF that can reduce the risk of heart failure and hemodialysis access-induced distal ischemia based on a case report of patient who benefited from the surgery with rare radial artery“O”type variation and heart failure.
