摘  要:本文对2#小方坯连铸机角裂漏钢事故产生的原因进行分析,事故原因主要有浸入式水口浸入深度过深、浸入式水口不对中、二冷室托辊磨损严重和二冷零段排管设计缺陷。针对原因分析,通过制作和使用专用工具,实现了水口浸入深度和对中的精确控制;对二冷室托辊材质进行改进,使用球墨铸铁材质二冷室托辊,彻底解决了托辊辊面磨损严重的问题;重新设计改造二冷零段排管,改造之后零段水嘴喷出的二冷水能全部、无死角地覆盖到出结晶器下口的坯壳上,同时零段二冷水水量较改造前上升4~5 m^(3)/h,坯壳出结晶器后的冷却效果明显增强。措施实施后取得了较好的效果,至今两年时间里2#连铸机再未发生过角裂漏钢事故。In this paper,the causes of Angle crack leakage of 2#billet continuous casting machine are analyzed.The main causes of the accident are too deep immersion of the submerged nozzle,misalignment of the submerged nozzle,serious wear of the rollers in the secondary cooling chamber and the design defects of the zero section of the secondary cooling pipe.According to the reason analysis,by making and using special tools,the precise control of the immersion depth and alignment of the nozzle is realized.The material of the rollers in the secondary cooling chamber was improved,and ductile iron was used to make the rollers in the secondary cooling chamber,which completely solved the problem of serious surface wear of the rollers.After the reconstruction,the secondary cold water emitted from the water nozzle of the zero stage can cover the blank shell at the lower mouth of the mold completely and without dead Angle.At the same time,the water volume of the second cold water of the zero stage increases by 4~5m^(3)/h compared with that before the transformation,and the cooling effect of the blank shell after the mold is released from the mold is significantly enhanced.After the implementation of the measures achieved good results,so far two years in the 2#continuous casting machine no angular crack leakage accident.
