摘  要:将TA15钛合金加热到单相区温度(β相区),随后分别采用水冷、空冷以及炉冷三种方式进行冷却处理,使用光学显微镜、冲击性能测试以及扫描电子显微镜等手段,研究不同冷却方式对TA15钛合金组织与冲击性能的影响,结果表明:合金经三种冷却方式处理后,组织中均出现粗大β晶粒,水冷的组织中析出α′相,而空冷的组织中析出细小针状次生α相,炉冷组织中析出片状α相。三种冷却方式中,合金经炉冷处理后冲击吸收功最大,其次是空冷,水冷最差。三种冷却方式的断裂类型均以脆性断裂为主,断口形貌均是以岩石状形貌为主,并有少量尺寸较小且深度较浅的韧窝分布在表面。TA15 titanium alloy was heated to the temperature of single phase region(βphase region),and then cooled by water cooling,air cooling and furnace cooling respectively.The effects of different cooling methods on the microstructure and impact properties of TA15 titanium alloy were studied by means of optical microscope,impact performance test and scanning electron microscope.The results show that coarseβgrains appear in the microstructure of the alloy after three cooling methods.Theα′phase is precipitated in the water-cooled microstructure,while the fine needle-like secondaryαphase is precipitated in the air-cooled microstructure,and the flakyαphase is precipitated in the furnace-cooled microstructure.Among the three cooling methods,the impact absorption energy of the alloy after furnace cooling is the largest,followed by air cooling and water cooling.The fracture types of the three cooling methods are mainly brittle fracture,and the fracture morphology is mainly rock-like morphology,and a small amount of dimples with small size and shallow depth are distributed on the surface.
