摘 要:老龄化及其相关疾病已成为全球性的重大挑战,尤其是神经系统疾病,如脑血管病、脑损伤及神经退行性疾病,已成为老龄化人群主要的健康威胁之一。传统康复方法的局限性促使人工智能和康复工程技术进入康复学科,为脑康复带来新的希望。智能康复工程将中医智慧与现代科技相结合,利用大数据、人工智能和康复工程技术及方法,融合中医药学、神经科学和康复医学,提供更精准的神经调控和个性化康复治疗。通过人工智能和康复工程在中西医脑康复领域的综合协同应用,包括融合工程技术与脑功能康复的创新方法、基于神经环路重建机制的脑康复、中医智能康复等,旨在为脑功能康复的方式创新和技术发展提供有力支持。Aging and its associated diseases have become a global challenge,especially neurological disorders such as cerebrovascular disorders,traumatic brain injuries,and neurodegenerative conditions,which have become major health threats to the aging population.The limitations of conventional rehabilitation methods have prompted the integration of artificial intelligence and rehabilitation engineering technology into the field of rehabilitation,bringing new hope for brain rehabilitation.Intelligent rehabilitation engineering combines traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)wisdom with modern technology,utilizing big data,artificial intelligence,and rehabilitation engineering technology and methods,integrating TCM,neuroscience,and rehabilitation medicine,and providing more precise neural regulation and personalized rehabilitation therapy.This paper explores the comprehensive and collaborative application of artificial intelligence and rehabilitation engineering in the field of traditional Chinese and Western medicine brain rehabilitation,encompassing innovative approaches that incorporate engineering technology and brain function rehabilitation,brain rehabilitation based on neural circuit reconstruction mechanism,and TCM intelligent rehabilitation.The aim is to provide robust support for the advancement in the methodological innovation and technological development of brain function rehabilitation.
