摘　　要：基于我国古代银杏药用历史和近现代国内外银杏产业发展史对银杏药用发展概况进行述评,并针对银杏制剂毒副作用及不良反应方面所关注的成分组成、药理活性及检测方法等进行归纳总结,借古论今,以期正确看待联合用药、合理用药及银杏制剂毒性评价研究,为后续进一步开发银杏药用价值提供参考依据。The medicinal development of Ginkgo was reviewed from the ancient medicinal history of Ginkgo in China and the modern development of Ginkgo industry at home and abroad.This article summarized the composition,pharmacological activity and detection methods concerned with the side effects and adverse reactions of Ginkgo preparations,so as to correctly view the study of combined drug use,rational drug use and toxicity evaluation of its preparations,and to provide reference for further development of Ginkgo´s medicinal value.
