基于“五邪相干”理论探讨《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》小补汤、小泻汤组方规律

摘　　要：应用“五邪相干”理论阐释《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》五行互藏理论,并结合《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》所列五行五味互含的25味药物,对《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》小补汤、小泻汤类方的配伍组方选药进行分析,认为在“五邪相干”理论指导下的《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》配伍组方选药可为临床提供新的思路。The theory of"five evil interactions"is applied to explain the concept of mutual storage of five elements in the Auxiliary Verse on Drugs and Methods for Zangfu Organs.By combing the 25 flavors medicine representing the five elements and flavors as listed in the Auxiliary Verse on Drugs and Methods for Zangfu Organs,the combination of prescription and drug selection of the small tonic decoctions and the small laxative decoctions actlined in the book were analyzed.It is concluded that under the guidance of the"five evil interactions",the formation law in the book can provide innovative insights for clinical practice.
