摘　　要：基于新形势下高校信息化工作面临的挑战,从信息化建设项目立项基础、管理制度、协作模式等方面对高校信息化工作的总体原则进行分析,并结合业务、技术、网络安全、时间、人员等方面分析高校信息化建设项目的实施条件,同时阐述信息化建设项目在设计开发、实施执行、技术服务、安装测试、文档及项目验收的技术体系规范,为高校信息化建设项目管理与技术管理工作提供参考。Based on the challenges of university informatization under the new situation,we analyze the general principles of university informatization from the basis of project establishment,management system,and collaboration mode of informatization construction projects,and analyze the implementation conditions of university informatization construction projects in the aspects of business,technology,network security,time,and personnel,etc.At the same time,we elaborate the technical system specifications of informatization construction projects in the areas of design,development,implementation,technical service,installation,testing,documentation,and project acceptance,which provide reference for the management and technical management of university informatization construction projects.At the same time,it describes the technical system specification of informatization construction project in design and development,implementation and execution,technical service,installation,testing,documentation and project acceptance,and provides reference for the management of informatization construction project and technical management of universities.
