摘 要:针对机械化桥桥脚展开机构长期使用后,扭力杆出现塑性变形导致输出扭矩变小,进而桥脚展开困难的问题,对桥脚展开机构进行了参数优化。建立了包含四次方程的桥脚展开机构运动学和力学模型,以桥脚展开机构8个参数为设计变量,以机构空间限制、展开扭矩等为约束条件,利用两组扭力杆等应力条件,将双优化目标转变为单优化目标,以此构建桥脚展开机构优化模型。采用粒子群算法进行计算,结果表明优化后两组扭力杆承受的最大剪切应力下降10.1%,受力状况得到改善。该模型可为机械化桥桥脚展开机构的改进设计提供理论基础。The problem of reduced output torque and difficulty in expanding the bridge feet arises from the plastic deformation of the torsion bar due to the long-term use of the bridge foot expansion mechanism of mechanized bridges.To address this problem,the parameters of the bridge foot deployment mechanism are optimized.Firstly,the kinematic and mechanical model of the bridge foot deployment mechanism including quartic equations is established.Then,taking the eight parameters of the bridge foot deployment mechanism as the design variables,taking the space limitation of the mechanism and the deployment torque as the constraints,the double optimization objectives are transformed into single optimization objective,using the equal stress condition of two sets of torsion bars,so as to construct the optimization model of the bridge foot deployment mechanism.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for calculation.The results show that after optimization,the maximum shear stress of the two groups of torsion bars decreases by 10.1%and the stress condition is improved.This model can provide a theoretical basis for the improved design of the mechanized bridge foot deployment mechanism.
