摘　　要：科研机构是战略科技力量的重要组成部分,是江苏推进高水平科技自立自强、打造具有全球有影响力的产业科技创新中心的重要任务和抓手。文章从研发投入视角,深入分析江苏科研机构发展总体情况,剖析在省实验室建设、政府资金支持、科研人才引用等方面的不足,进而提出加大财政支持、发挥地方作用、吸引社会资金、加强军民融合等对策建议,进一步推进江苏科研机构高质量发展,为江苏科技自立自强走在前提供坚实保障。Scientific research institutions are an important component of strategic scientific and technological strength,and are an important task and lever for Jiangsu to promote high-level technological self-reliance and build a globally influential industrial scientific and technological innovation center.From the perspective of research and development investment,the article provides an in-depth analysis of the overall development situation of research institutions in Jiangsu.It also analyzes the shortcomings in the construction of provincial laboratories,government funding support,and the recruitment of research talents.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing financial support,playing a local role,attracting social funds,and strengthening military civilian integration to further promote the high-quality development of research institutions in Jiangsu,providing a solid guarantee for Jiangsu’s technological self-reliance and self-improvement to advance.
