摘　　要：在信息技术飞速发展的时代背景下,人工智能技术逐渐渗透到了各个领域。高校图书馆作为知识管理和服务的核心机构,也面临着巨大的变革与机遇。传统的图书馆服务模式已经无法满足用户日益增长的个性化、多样化信息需求。现代高校图书馆面临着推动数字化转型、提升服务质量、满足用户需求的迫切需要。在这种背景下,人工智能(AI)和自然语言处理(NLP)等先进技术的发展和应用成为可能。ChatGPT作为自然语言处理领域的前沿技术,能够为高校图书馆带来全新的智能化解决方案。文章旨在深入探讨ChatGPT在高校图书馆中的多个潜在应用领域,分析其优势、挑战以及未来展望,以期为高校图书馆实现智能化、个性化服务提供启示。In the context of the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence technology has gradually penetrated into various fields.As the core institution of knowledge management and services,university libraries are also facing tremendous changes and opportunities.The traditional library service model is no longer able to meet the growing personalized and diversified information needs of users.Modern university libraries are facing an urgent need to promote digital transformation,improve service quality,and meet user needs.In this context,the development and application of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence(AI)and natural language processing(NLP)have become possible.ChatGPT,as a cutting-edge technology in the field of natural language processing,can bring new intelligent solutions to university libraries.The article aims to deeply explore multiple potential application fields of ChatGPT in university libraries,analyze its advantages,challenges,and future prospects,in order to provide inspiration for university libraries to achieve intelligent and personalized services.
