摘 要:为解决深长冻结斜井掘砌速度慢、井壁外及壁间易串水的老大难问题,在升富矿冻结副斜井井筒施工中,在应用全断面掘进施工技术、迈步式和栈桥式模板台车施工技术的基础上,采用全新的掘进排矸、外壁施工和内壁施工平行作业施工工艺,将三大施工环节中的工艺流程、工序用时与循环作业相结合,制定合理的正规作业循环图,形成平行、统一的综合作业方式,解决了冻结斜井掘砌施工三大环节相互干扰的问题,实现了1031m暗挖冻结段实际平均掘砌(成井)速度50.8m/月、最高月成井速度102.4m/月的掘进速度,稳步提高了冻结斜井掘砌施工速度水平和冻结斜井井壁施工质量,可为深长冻结斜井的掘进支护提供参考。In order to solve the problems of slow excavation speed and easy water crossing outside andin between the walls of a deep and long freezing inclined shaft,a new construction technology of excavation and discharge of refuse,outer shaft wall construction and inner shaft wall construction parallelexcavation operation were adopted in the frozen auxiliary inclined shaft construction in Shengfu Mineon the basis of the application of full section excavation construction technology,walking and trestleformwork jumbo construction technology.By combining the technology process,process time and cycle operation of the three major construction links,a reasonable regular operation cycle diagram wasformulated to form a parallel and unified comprehensive operation mode,which solved the problem ofmutual interference among the three major links of freezing inclined shaft excavation construction.The actual average excavation speed of 1031 m undercutting freezing section was 50.8 m/month,andthe maximum monthly completion speed was 102.4 m/month,which steadily improved the construction speed and shaft wall construction quality of freezing inclined shaft,and could provide referencefor the excavation support of deep and long freezing inclined shaft.
