摘  要:针对晋能控股赵庄煤业3号煤层2105盘区辅运巷(西)帮部原支护方案所存在的施工难度大、支护效果不稳定、维护成本高等问题,改用自钻式中空注浆锚杆进行支护,最终实现锚杆全长锚固。从检测结果可以看出巷道帮部的围岩变形得到了有效的控制,变形量被控制在100mm以内。新支护方案确保锚杆的锚固力和扭矩力,注浆饱满,能更好地充填裂隙、固结岩体和土层,改良了围岩的岩性,充分发挥围岩的自身支承力,保障了巷道安全施工顺利进行,提高了软岩工程的可靠性和安全性。In view of the problems existing in the original support scheme of auxiliary transportroadway(west)in the 2105 panel of No.3 Coal seam of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry of Jinneng HoldingCompany Limited,such as difficult construction,unstable support effect and high maintenance cost,self-drilling hollow grouting bolt was used to support,and the full-length anchor bolt was finally realized.It could be seen from the test results that the deformation of the surrounding rock on the side ofthe roadway had been effectively controlled,and the deformation was controlled within 100 mm.Thenew support scheme ensured the anchorage force and torque force of the bolt,and the grouting wasfull,which could better fill cracks,consolidate rock mass and soil layer,improve the lithology of surrounding rock,give full play to the supporting force of surrounding rock,ensure the construction ofroadway safety,and improve the reliability and safety of soft rock engineering.
