摘 要:碱激发材料虽然具有很多优点,但传统的碱激发材料操作繁琐,且需要提前配置激发剂溶液,难以进行大规模商业生产。而单组分碱激发材料能够有效避免这一问题,可以先将固体激发剂与粉料混合制成半成品,像硅酸盐水泥一样,使用时只需简单加水即可,极大地提高了其商业可行性。另外,由于碱激发材料具有较大的收缩,因此尝试使用单组分碱激发矿渣粉煤灰砂浆,探讨玄武岩纤维掺量对其流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度及干燥收缩的影响,并使用SEM(扫描电镜)分析其微观机理。结果表明:单组分碱激发矿渣粉煤灰砂浆的流动性随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增大而逐渐降低,但其干燥收缩得到了有效降低,且其抗折强度和抗压强度得到了显著提高。Although alkali-activated materials have many advantages,the traditional alkali-activatedmaterials are complicated to operate and need to be configured in advance,so it is difficult to carry outlarge-scale commercial production.The one-part alkali-activated materials can effectively avoid thisproblem,you can first mix the solid activator with the powder to make a semifinished product,likePortland cement,just add water when using,which greatly improves its commercial feasibility.In ad-dition,due to the large shrinkage of alkali-activated materials,this study attempts to use one-part al-kali-activated slag and fly ash mortar to explore the effects of basalt fiber content on its fluidity,flex-ural strength,compressive strength and drying shrinkage,and to analyze its microscopic mechanismby SEM.The results show that the fluidity of one-part alkali-activated slag and fly ash mortar gradually decreases with the increase of basalt fiber content,but its drying shrinkage is effectively reduced,and its flexural strength and compressive strength are significantly increased.
