2019至2021年江门市蓬江区高考体检考生听力专业受限筛查结果分析  

Analysis on the screening results of limited listening specialty of college entrance examination candidates in Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City from 2019 to 2021

摘　　要：目的:分析2019至2021年江门市蓬江区高考体检考生听力专业受限筛查结果。方法:整理2019至2021年江门市蓬江区26732名高考体检考生的听力专业受限筛查结果数据,分析其趋势。结果:体检考生共计26732人,共检出听力专业受限71例,检出率为0.27%。2019年、2020年、2021年听力专业受限检出率分别为0.19%(19/10066)、0.30%(25/8434)、0.33%(27/8232)。2019至2021年江门市蓬江区高考体检学生听力专业受限检出率处于上升趋势(线性趋势χ^(2)=7.534,P<0.05)。听力专业受限人数在性别、累及部位比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);城区高考体检考生听力专业受限检出率为0.31%(58/18869),高于乡镇听力专业受限检出率0.17%(13/7863),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2019至2021年江门市蓬江区高考体检考生听力专业受限检出率呈上升态势,听力健康应全生命周期管理,青少年应尽早建立防护意识。Objective:To analyze the screening results of limited hearing specialty of college entrance examination candidates in Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City from 2019 to 2021.Methods:The screening results of 26732 college entrance examination candidates in Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City from 2019 to 2021 were collected and analyzed.Results:From 2019 to 2021,there were 26732 college entrance examination candidates in Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City.A total of 71 cases of hearing specialty limitation were detected,with a detection rate of 0.27%.In 2019,2020 and 2021,the restricted detection rate of hearing specialty was 0.19%(19/10066),0.30%(25/8434)and 0.33%(27/8232)respectively.From 2019 to 2021,the detection rate of restricted listening majors of college entrance examination students in Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City is on the rise(linear trendχ^(2)=7.534,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of persons with limited hearing ability in terms of gender and involved position(P>0.05);The detection rate of hearing specialty limitation among the examinees of the college entrance examination in urban areas was 0.31%(58/18869),which was higher than that in rural areas by 0.17%(13/7863),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:From 2019 to 2021,the detection rate of hearing specialty limitation of college entrance examination candidates in Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City is on the rise.Hearing health should be managed throughout the life cycle,and adolescents should establish protection awareness as soon as possible.
