摘 要:以导热粉和吸波粉复配制备导热吸波复合材料,考察两种粒径及三种粒径导热粉互配对复合材料导热性能、硬度及工艺性的影响。第二导热粉粒径过大或过小均会造成导热性能下降,第二粒径为2μm时导热系数最高,为4.5 W/(m·K)。在此基础上复配吸波粉,比较不同吸波粉比例对复合材料导热及吸波性能的影响,结果表明,随着吸波剂含量增加,吸收峰向低频偏移,同时峰强度及频宽增加。综合功能性及工艺性,获得导热系数大于4 W/(m·K)的导热吸波复合材料。A thermal conductive and absorbing composite material was prepared by compounding thermal conductive powder and absorbing powder,and the effects of two and three particle sizes of thermal conductive powder on thermal conductivity,hardness,and processability were investigated.If the particle size of the second thermal conductive powder is too large or too small,it will cause a decrease in thermal conductivity.Based on results,the highest thermal conductivity is 4.5 W/(m·K),when the particle size of the second thermal conductive powder is 2μm.And then,thermal conductive and absorbing composite materials were prepared to compare the effects of different ratios of absorbing powder on thermal conductivity and absorbing performance.As the content of the absorbing agent increases,the absorption peak shifts towards low frequencies,while the peak intensity and bandwidth increase.By combining functionality and processability,a thermal conductive and absorbing composite material with a thermal conductivity coefficient greater than 4 W/(m·K)is obtained.It has reference significance for the design of high⁃performance materials.
