摘  要:通过凝胶注模成型制备拟薄水铝石改性ZTA-SiCw陶瓷口腔托槽材料,研究不同比例MgO-TiO_(2)烧结助剂对其低温烧结性能的影响,并深入研究助烧机理。研究结果表明:通过拟薄水铝石改性ZTA-SiCw陶瓷口腔托槽材料,其力学性能及吸水率均达到了口腔托槽材料的要求,且工艺简单。MgO-TiO_(2)烧结助剂能够有效降低该工艺下陶瓷试样的烧结温度,添加MgO为1%、TiO_(2)为4%的复合烧结助剂,在1400℃下获得的陶瓷试样具有最大的抗弯强度、断裂韧性,相对致密度也较大;通过计算烧结活化能,该复合烧结助剂较强的助烧能力得到了验证。ZTA⁃SiCw ceramics modified by pseudo boehmite for orthodontic bracket was prepared by gel injection molding.The influence of different proportions of MgO⁃TiO_(2) sintering agent on its low⁃temperature sintering performance was studied,and the sintering mechanism was further studied.The results show that the mechanical properties and water absorption of the ZTA⁃SiCw ceramicsmeet the requirements of orthodontic bracket materials,and the process is simple.MgO⁃TiO_(2) sintering agent can effectively reduce the sintering temperature of ceramic samples in this process.With MgO as 1%and TiO_(2) as 4%of composite sintering agents,the maximum bending strength,fracture toughness and relative density can be obtained at 1400℃.By calculating the activation energy of sintering,the bettersintering ability of the composite sintering agent has been verified.
