摘 要:多孔质材料相对于小孔节流形式的气体轴承材料有可发挥较大承载力和小加工误差等优势。为了满足气体轴承多孔质及高性能的需求,本工作通过粉末冶金和化学气相沉积相结合的方法在三维多孔青铜上原位生长石墨烯,制备出具备特定气体渗透率的耐磨性能优良的石墨烯/青铜基多孔复合材料。结果表明青铜表面原位生长获得了大面积连续石墨烯,这种二维平面结构实现了其与青铜基体良好的界面结合。相较于多孔青铜,石墨烯/青铜基多孔复合材料摩擦系数与磨损量分别降低了28%和30.4%,该复合材料的研究有望为高性能多孔质气体轴承的研制提供一种新方法。The porous materials compared to small hole throttling can exert the advantages of large bearing capacity and small machining error in gas bearing.In order to meet the requirements of porous and high⁃performance gas bearings,graphene/bronze porous composites of good wear resistance that meet specific permeability requirements were prepared by powder metallurgy in combination with chemical vapor deposition(CVD).The results show that the continuous graphene of large area were obtained by in⁃suit CVD.The two⁃dimensional(2D)geometry enables to realize the tight interfaces between graphene and bronze matrix.The frictional coefficient and wear loss of the graphene/bronze porous composite is 28%and 30.4%lower than that of porous bronze respectively,and the research provides a new way for the fabrication of porous air bearing with high⁃performance.
