摘  要:针对传统水泥基灌浆料凝结时间长、流动度经时损失大、早期强度低的问题,采用硫铝酸盐水泥-硅灰-微珠三元复合体系,研究聚羧酸减水剂、碳酸锂、硼酸对灌浆料性能的影响,制得高流态、早高强、低收缩微膨胀等特性的高性能水泥基灌浆料。结果表明:采用水胶比为0.32、胶砂比为1、聚羧酸减水剂掺量为0.3%制备的硫铝酸盐水泥基灌浆料,其初始流动度及30 min保留值分别为410 mm、375 mm,0.5 h的扩展度损失较小;早强剂碳酸锂掺0.1%时,3 h、1 d、3 d的抗压强度达到31.8 MPa、59.8 MPa、68.6 MPa;硼酸作为缓凝剂掺量为0.3%,灌浆料的初、终凝时间分别为33 min、42 min,3 h竖向膨胀率达到0.13%、3 h与24 h的竖向膨胀率之差为0.04%;以上性能参数均满足《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》(GB/T 50448—2015)中Ⅱ类灌浆料的要求。In view of the problems of long setting time,large loss of fluidity and low early strength of traditional cement⁃based grout,the effect of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent,lithium carbonate and boric acid on the properties of grout was studied by using the ternary compound system of sulphoaluminate cementary⁃silica fume and microbeads.The results show that the initial fluidity and 30 min retention value of sulfoaluminate cement based grout prepared with water⁃binder ratio of 0.32,cement⁃sand ratio of 1 and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer content of 0.3%are 410 mm and 375 mm,respectively,and the loss of expansibility in half an hour is small.When the early strength agent lithium carbonate was added with 0.1%,the compressive strength of 3 h,1 d and 3 d reached 31.8 MPa,59.8 MPa and 68.6 MPa.With 0.3%boric acid as retarder,the initial and final setting time of the grout were 33 min and 42 min respectively,and the vertical expansion rate reached 0.13%at 3 h,and the difference between 3 h and 24 h was 0.04%.The above performance parameters meet the requirements of Class II grouting materials in‘Technical Specification for Application of Cement⁃based Grouting Materials’(GB/T 50448⁃2015).
