摘 要:本工作研究了中空不锈钢纤维对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的影响。通过抗折、抗压测试研究了中空不锈钢纤维对UHPC力学性能的影响,还通过10%(质量分数)NaCl长期浸泡验证了其对UHPC耐久性能的影响,最后通过X-CT对中空不锈钢纤维在UHPC中的分布进行了研究。结果表明:(1)中空不锈钢纤维对UHPC力学性能的提升效果明显,2.0%体积掺量下UHPC的抗折强度比镀铜钢纤维高23.1%;(2)中空不锈钢纤维可显著提高UHPC的耐久性能,在10%NaCl浸泡18个月后,掺中空不锈钢纤维的UHPC抗折、抗压强度仅分别下降2.0%、1.7%,而掺镀铜钢纤维分别下降了17.2%、4.3%;(3)中空不锈钢纤维在UHPC中分布更加均匀,互连概率更低。同时纤维的掺量及长径比在UHPC中均存在临界值。This article investigated the effect of hollow stainless steel fibers on ultra⁃high performance concrete(UHPC).The effect of hollow stainless steel fibers on the mechanical properties of UHPC was studied through flexural and compressive tests.Its impact on the durability of UHPC was also verified through long⁃term immersion in 10%NaCl.Finally,the distribution of hollow stainless steel fibers in UHPC was studied through X⁃CT.The results show that:(Ⅰ)hollow stainless steel fibers have a significant improvement effect on the mechanical properties of UHPC,and under the 2.0%volume content,the flexural strength is 23.1%higher than that of copper plated steel fibers;(Ⅱ)hollow stainless steel fibers can significantly improve the durability of UHPC.After soaking in 10%NaCl for 18 months,the flexural and compressive strength of UHPC doped with hollow stainless steel fibers only decreased by 2.0%and 1.7%,while those doped with copper plated steel fibers decreased by 17.2%and 4.3%;(Ⅲ)hollow stainless steel fibers are more evenly distributed in UHPC and have a lower probability of interconnection.At the same time,there is a critical point in the distribution of fiber content and aspect ratio in UHPC.
