摘 要:为促进铁尾矿粉的资源化利用,以氢氧化钠为激发剂,通过化学活化铁尾矿粉(ITP)、粉煤灰(FA)、矿粉(GGBS)制备全固废可控低强度材料(Controlled low strength material, CLSM),通过研究不同配比样品的工作性能、力学性能,并运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析CLSM试件的水化机理及微观结构。研究结果表明:体系中主要水化产物为C-S-H/C-A-S-H凝胶、钙矾石等。钙矾石等晶体穿插包裹于凝胶物质之间,填充桥接形成三维空间骨架密实组合结构,为试样提供强度。(CaO+Al_(2)O_(3))/SiO_(2)的物质的量比与(UCS_(28d)/UCS_(7d))近似呈线性关系,高铁尾矿粉掺量促进CLSM早期强度发展。当铁尾矿粉、粉煤灰、矿粉的质量比为6∶3∶1时,CLSM样品综合性能良好。最后利用Rietveld全谱拟合法对水化产物中晶体进行了定量分析。研究结果可为铁尾矿粉基固废在可控低强度材料领域的资源化利用提供科学依据。In order to promote the resource utilization of iron tailings,controlled low strength material(CLSM)was prepared by chemically activating iron tailing powder(ITP),fly ash(FA)and mineral powder(GGBS)with sodium hydroxide as the activator.The hydration mechanism and microstructure of CLSM samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X⁃ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the main hydration products in the system are C⁃S⁃H/C⁃A⁃S⁃H gel and ettringite.Ettringite and other crystals are interspersed and wrapped between the gel material,filling and bridging to form a three⁃dimensional spatial skeleton compact composite structure,providing strength for the sample.The molar ratio of(CaO+Al_(2) O_(3))/SiO_(2) is approximately linear with(UCS_(28d)/UCS_(7d)),and the content of high iron tailing powder promotes the early strength development of CLSM.The comprehensive properties of CLSM samples are good when the ratio of iron tailing to fly ash to ore is 6∶3∶1.Finally,Rietveld full spectrum fitting method was used to quantitatively analyze the crystals in the hydration products.The research results provide a scientific basis for the resource utilization of iron tailing powder based solid waste in the field of controllable low⁃strength materials.
