摘 要:贵州织金电厂因地理位置受限主要以堆存处置为主,导致粉煤灰利用率极低。本研究通过粒径分布、化学组成、矿物相组成、微观形貌、固废属性及活性指数检测,并结合粉煤灰综合利用总体原则和对环境污染风险的考虑,提出适合不同理化性质的粉煤灰的资源化利用途径。研究发现,粉煤灰原灰、粗灰、细灰的28 d活性指数均大于70%;且经过水洗改性处理后,28 d活性指数达80%左右,因此原灰、细灰和粗灰均可作为高活性掺合料取代水泥,用于拌制砂浆和混凝土,降低水泥用量;此外,织金电厂粉煤灰因富含大量铁元素,可作为磁性填料添加到橡胶或功能建材中,发挥特殊性能,从而实现粉煤灰高值化利用。此外,粉煤灰还可用于开发矿井充填材料、道路材料及建材,因其具有球形形貌,可提高浆体流动度,从而实现粉煤灰的规模化利用。Due to the limited geographical location of Zhijin Power Plant in Guizhou province,the utilization rate of fly ash(FA)is very low,which is mainly used for storage and landfill disposal.Based on particle size distribution,chemical composition,mineral phase composition,micromorphology,solid waste properties and activity index,combined with the general principle of comprehensive utilization of FA and the consideration of environmental pollution risk,this study proposed a resource utilization approach suitable for different physical and chemical properties of FA.It is found that the 28 d activity index of raw ash,coarse ash and fine ash were more than 70%.After washing treatment,the 28d activity index of fly ash(including raw ash,coarse ash and fine ash)reached about 80%,so it can be used as a high⁃activity admixture instead of cement to mix mortar and concrete,reduce the amount of cement,and thus realize the high⁃value utilization of FA.In addition,because FA of Zhijin power plant is rich in a large amount of iron,it can be added to rubber or functional building materials as a magnetic filler to play a special role.In addition,FA can be used to develop mine filling materials,road materials and building materials,which can improve the flow of slurry because of its spherical shape,so as to achieve the large⁃scale utilization of FA.
