摘 要:人民日益增长的美好生活需要提高了日常抗菌需求。与此同时,随着生态环境的恶化,细菌、真菌和病毒的肆虐使得人们提高了日常生活中的抗菌需求。纳米银作为新型抗菌剂之一,其优异的抗菌性能在抗菌涂料领域引起了广泛关注。本文综述了纳米银的抗菌原理及其在抗菌涂料中的应用。通过比较不同抗菌剂的优缺点,重点阐述了纳米银抗菌原理及机理机制,指出纳米银具有低浓度高灭菌性、广谱性和低耐药性等优点,论述了纳米银在抗菌涂料中的应用及优势,为抗菌涂料的开发提供理论依据。The people's growing need for a better life has increased the daily demand for antibacterials.With the deterioration of the ecological environment,the ravages of bacteria,fungi,and viruses have also led to an increased demand for antimicrobials in our daily life.As one of the new antimicrobial agents,the application of nanosilver has attracted much more attention in the antimicrobial coatings field for its excellent antimicrobial properties.In this paper,the antimicrobial principle of nanosilver and its application in antimicrobial coatings have been reviewed.Compared with advantages and disadvantages of different kind of antimicrobial agents,focusing on the antimicrobial principle and mechanism of nano⁃silver.In addition,the several advantages of nanosilver are discussed,such as high level of sterilisation at low concentrations,broad spectrum of activity and low level of resistance to drugs.The application of nano⁃silver in antimicrobial coatings and its advantages are discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of antimicrobial coatings.
