摘 要:针对液体火箭发动机燃烧室的焊接制造,采用Mn-Ni-Cr箔材钎料对异种不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti与1Cr21Ni5Ti进行了钎焊实验,研究了工艺参数对接头微观组织结构的影响规律,揭示了焊缝区缺陷、第二相的形成过程。通过力学性能测试获得了接头组织结构与力学性能的响应关系,确定了钎焊的最佳工艺参数为1190℃、30 min,其爆破压力达到80 MPa。利用SEM、EDS以及EBSD等表征手段对断口形貌进行了分析,研究了不同工艺规范下接头的断裂机理,为不锈钢燃烧室的焊接制造提供了工艺理论基础。Aiming at the manufacturing of the liquid rocket engine combustion chamber,in this study,dissimilar stainless steels 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 1Cr21Ni5Ti were brazed with the filler metal of Mn⁃Ni⁃Cr foil.The effect of brazing parameters on the joint microstructure was studied.Moreover,the formation process of the defects and second phase were also investegated.And the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints was obtained through mechanical tests,and the best joint property of 80 MPa(i.e.the burst pressure)was achieved at 1190℃for a duration of 30 min.In addition,the fracture morphology was analyzed by means of the SEM,EDS and EBSD,and the fracture mechanism of joints under different brazing parameters was also studied,which provided a process theoretical basis for manufacturing combustion chambers of stainless steels.
