摘 要:由于具有焊接质量高、过程稳定、适用材料广的特点,氩弧焊被广泛应用于石化工艺管道焊接领域。受限于施工现场环境以及管材尺寸偏差大等因素,目前石化行业氩弧焊仍以手工焊接为主。为解决管材组对坡口间隙和错边量波动对自动氩弧打底焊接的影响,本工作搭建了一套石化工艺管道氩弧焊智能焊接系统,通过人工示教方式建立了不同坡口间隙和错边量下的焊接工艺数据库,实现了基于多信息传感系统和工艺数据库的TP304不锈钢管道氩弧焊智能焊接。无损检测和力学性能试验结果表明:焊接接头无缺陷,拉伸、弯曲等力学性能满足标准要求。Tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding is widely used in the field of petrochemical pipeline welding because of its high welding quality,stable process and suitable material light.Due to factors such as the construction site environment and large pipe size deviation,TIG welding in the petrochemical industry is still mainly manual welding.To solve the influence of groove gap and misalignment tolerance fluctuation on automatic TIG backing welding,an intelligent welding system for TIG welding of petrochemical pipelines was established in this paper.The welding process database under different groove gap and misalignment tolerance was established through manual teaching.Intelligent TIG welding of TP304 stainless steel pipeline based on multi⁃information sensing system and process database was realized.The results of the non⁃destructive testing and mechanical properties test show that the welded joint has no defects,the mechanical properties of tensile and bending meet the standard requirements.
