摘 要:焊接质量是保证燃煤机组高温承压部件安全稳定服役的重要条件之一,近年来由焊接缺陷导致的安全事故时有发生,造成了巨大的经济损失。本文面向燃煤机组中的主蒸汽管道、集箱、阀门、汽缸、转子等厚壁部件的焊接共性问题,分别对传统铁素体耐热钢和高温合金的焊接工艺研究进展进行了探讨,并调研了厚壁部件及其焊接接头的无损检测技术及其发展趋势,为新型材料的推广应用提供保障,助推高参数燃煤发电技术发展。Welding quality is one of the important conditions to ensure the safe and stable service of high⁃temperature pressure⁃bearing components of coal⁃fired units,and safety accidents caused by welding defects have occurred in recent years,resulting in huge economic losses.This paperis oriented towards the common problem of welding of thick⁃walled components in coal⁃fired units such as main steam pipes,collector boxes,valves,cylinders and rotors,respectively,in order to discuss the progress of research on the welding process of traditional ferritic heat⁃resistant steel and high⁃temperature alloys.This paper is also expected to investigate the non⁃destructive testing technology and its development trend of thick⁃walled components and their welded joints,to provide a guarantee for the promotion and application of new materials,and to help promote the development of high⁃parameter coal⁃fired power generation technology.
