摘  要:含铝奥氏体不锈钢是兼具力学性能及抗腐蚀性能的新型候选包壳材料,此种铁合金的内部含有大量的纳米级析出力学强化相,且表面可形成致密的Al_(2)O_(3)抗腐蚀保护膜,在腐蚀问题突出的铅基堆中具有重要的应用价值。合金的性能与其成分设计密切相关,开展合金的抗铅基液态金属腐蚀成分设计及应用验证是当前的研究重点之一。本文介绍了液态铅基中合金的腐蚀类型及防腐蚀措施,综述了新型含铝奥氏体合金在铅基腐蚀中的研究进展,主要包括合金在液态铅中的腐蚀行为、纳米级氧化膜的微观结构及液态金属脆化现象,在此基础上讨论了此类合金在核能领域未来的研究重点及发展方向,以期为高性能抗铅基腐蚀耐热合金的设计和研发提供依据和参考。Alumina forming austenitic steel is a new candidate for cladding materials with both mechanical and corrosion resistance properties.The alloy contains a large number of nano⁃precipitated mechanical strengthening phase in the matrix,and the surface of the alloy can form a protective dense corrosion⁃resistant Al_(2)O_(3) film.It has important application value in lead⁃based reactor with serious corrosion problem.The properties of alloy are directly related to the composition design,so the composition design and application verification of lead⁃based liquid metal corrosion resistance is one of the current research focuses.This paper introduces the corrosion types and anti⁃corrosion measures in lead⁃based liquid.The research progress related lead⁃based corrosion of new type Al⁃containing austenitic alloys are reviewed.The corrosion behavior of alloys in liquid lead,the microstructure of nano⁃sized oxide film and the embrittlement of liquid metals are discussed.Based on this,the future research and development of alloy in nuclear energy are discussed.It is expected to provide basis and reference for the design and development of high⁃performance lead⁃based corrosion alloys with high temperature resistance.
