摘 要:Al-Fe合金中的金属间化合物具有高硬度和极好的抗氧化、耐热、耐磨、抗腐蚀性能,但其脆性大、难以加工等缺陷一直限制了铝铁合金作为结构件的应用。本工作在强化冷却强度的基础上,通过熔铸法制备的合金偏析小,合金元素熔损低,并在铝铁合金添加微量复合稀土元素进行有效组织优化,在保证使其具有一定耐热性、耐磨性及高温强度的基础上,降低脆性、提高加工性,另外分析研究了作为电解铝打壳锤头的实际应用可行性。The intermetallic compounds in Al⁃Fe alloy have high hardness and excellent oxidation resistance,heat resistance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.However,due to their brittleness and difficulty in processing,the application of Al⁃Fe alloy as structural parts has been limited.In this work,on the basis of strengthening the cooling strength,the alloy prepared by melting casting method had small segregation and low melting loss of alloying elements,and the aluminum ferroalloy was added with trace complex rare earth elements for effective microstructure optimization.On the basis of ensuring that it maintained certain heat resistance,wear resistance and high temperature strength,the brittleness was reduced and the processability was improved.The feasibility of its practical application as an electrolytic aluminum crust breaker was analyzed.
