摘 要:随着我国电力工业的快速发展,人们对铝合金导线的综合性能要求越来越高。提高电工铝合金液的洁净度可以提高铝合金导线的导电性能和力学性能,是解决导电率与强度相互制约的有效方法。本文分析了电工铝合金液中杂质金属元素、气体、非金属夹杂物的来源以及对导电性能和力学性能的危害。从电工铝合金液的成分控制、炉内喷吹精炼、炉外在线除气和炉外在线过滤几个方面,重点介绍了电工铝合金液除气除杂净化技术,指出了除气除杂净化技术中存在的问题,提出了获得高洁净电工铝合金液的技术发展方向。With the rapid development of China's power industry,the comprehensive performance requirementsof aluminum alloy wires are becoming increasingly high.The conductivity and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy wires can be improved by purifying the aluminum alloy liquid,which is an effective method to solve the mutual constraint between the conductivity and the strength.In this paper,the sources of impurities such as metal elements,pores,and non⁃metallic inclusions in aluminum alloy liquid and their harms to the conductivity and the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy wires were analyzed.These purification technologies to improve the purity of aluminum alloy liquid were emphasized from the composition control,furnace injection refining,online degassing and filtration outside the furnace.The problems and shortcomings in the purification of aluminum alloy liquid were pointed out and the technology development direction for obtaining high cleanliness aluminum alloy liquid was proposed.
