摘  要:本工作研究了玻璃钢在老化环境下的性能演变规律,并根据水下玻璃钢保护罩的服役条件,对其进行人工海水加速老化实验,通过人工加速老化的方法,预测其在水下500 m的服役寿命。结果表明,玻璃钢复合材料的力学性能随着老化时间的延长而逐步降低,在老化初期就出现了较为明显的下降,到了后期则逐渐趋于稳定。玻璃钢保护罩在水下500 m的服役寿命为28年。Artificial seawater corrosion test was conducted by artificial accelerated aging method to study the evolution law of fiber reinforced plastic properties of the underwater fiber reinforced plastic composites protective cover under the service conditions,in order to predict the service life in the 500 m underwater environment.The results showed that the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced plastic composites gradually decrease with the extension of aging time,which is more obvious at the beginning of the aging period but gradually stabilizes at the later period.Through calculation and prediction,the life of the fiber reinforced plastic protective cover in the 500 m underwater environment is 28 years.
