摘  要:针对既有木结构性能评价过程中木材的弹性模量等力学性能参数难以进行无损测定的工程背景,本工作探索了基于动态法测定弹性模量的方法,此方法具有快捷、有效及取材量少等优点。进一步研究了动态法对木结构中存在的木节、裂缝以及木材密度对木材弹性模量数值变化的规律,对快速识别木结构中存在的缺陷损伤有重要参考价值。结果表明,木结构构件的密度及存在的木节、裂缝及虫蛀腐蚀等与木材弹性模量具有一定相关性,如节子为活节,则会使木头的弹性模量提高,若为死节,则会使木材弹性模量降低;裂缝、虫蛀等会使木材弹性模量降低。本研究为木构件加工过程中有效减少缺陷或快速识别既有木构件的缺陷损伤性能,并进行有效修复等提供了理论基础。Based on the engineering background that it is difficult to carry out non⁃destructive measurement of mechanical parameters such as elastic modulus in the performance evaluation process of existing wood structures,a dynamic method for measuring elastic modulus is explored.This method has the advantages of rapidness,effectiveness and less material consumption.Furthermore,the dynamic method is also explored for the rules of wood knots,cracks and wood density on the numerical change of wood elastic modulus,which has important reference value for fast identification of defects and damages in wood structures.The results show that the density of wood structure components and the existence of knots,cracks and wormholes have certain correlation with the wood elastic modulus.If the knots are living knots,the wood elastic modulus will be increased,while if the knots are dead knots,the wood elastic modulus will be decreased.Cracks,insect damage,etc.will reduce the elastic modulus of wood.The research provides a theoretical basis for effectively reducing defects or quickly identifying the defect damage performance of existing wood components in the processing process of wood components and effectively repairing the defects.
