摘 要:为研究谷维素对饲用米糠油酸价测定的影响,试验选用4种商品化或从饲用米糠中提取的饲用米糠油,采用高效液相色谱法测定饲用米糠油中谷维素含量。分别采用百里香酚酞指示法、碱性蓝6B指示法、电位滴定法测定饲用米糠油酸价。以食用米糠油和饲用大豆油作为对照。在饲用米糠油中和空白溶剂中定量添加谷维素,分别用百里香酚酞指示法和电位滴定法测定酸价。结果表明:①碱性蓝6B指示法不能用于测定饲用米糠油酸价。②百里香酚酞指示法测定的表观酸价与谷维素含量呈显著的线性关系。③谷维素含量对电位滴定法测定的酸价无明显影响。④谷维素会导致电位滴定过程中在pH为12左右产生第二次突跃点。⑤两种方法中谷维素含量与消耗的滴定液体积均呈显著的线性关系。⑥以添加相同含量谷维素的溶剂作为空白对照,用百里香酚酞指示法测定的酸价与电位滴定法差别不大。⑦电位滴定法测定的酸价精密度高于百里香酚酞指示法。综上,饲用米糠油的酸价测定应首选电位滴定法,百里香酚酞指示法需要以含相同含量谷维素的溶剂作为空白对照。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of oryzanol on determination of acid value in forage rice bran oil.Four forage rice bran oil from market or extracted by forage rice bran were selected and content of ooryzanol in oil were determination by HPLC method.Three method,thymol phthalein indicator,Alkali Blue 6B indicator and potentiometric titration,were used to determine acid value in forage rice bran oil.The treatment group were selected edible rice bran oil and forage soybean oil.Then,different quantitative ooryzanol were added to the forage rice bran oil and blank Solvent.The acid value of these oid were de-termined by thymol phthalein indicato and potentiometric titration individually.The results showed that:①Alkali Blue 6B indicator was unapplicable on determination of acid value in forage rice bran oil.②The apparent acid value by thymol phthalein indicator titration was the content of oryzanol increased linearly with the content of oryzanol increasing.③The content of oryzanol had no significant influence on the acid value by potentiometric titration.④Oryzanol would caused a second jump around pH 12 during potential titration.⑤The volume of the titrated liquid was significantly linear with the content of oryzanol in both methods.⑥Using the solvent with the same content of oryzanol as a blank control,the acid valence determined by thymol phthalein indicator method was no different from the potential titration method.⑦The precision of potential titration was higher than that of thymol phthalein indicator.In sum-mary,potential titration should be preferred for determination of acid value in forage rice bran oil,and thymol phthalein indicator requires a solvent containing the same content of oryzanol as a blank control.
